General Office

The General Office Building was built in 1906, two years after Georgetown incorporated as its own town. The owner of the Brewing company became Mayor and the General Office Building served as both administrative center for the brewery and the City Hall. It’s easy to imagine the municipal dreams of the new township developing in the grandeur of this handsome brick building with its high vaulted ceilings, marble accented floors, many windows and plentiful dark wood trim. Approximately 5,500 square feet including a light-filled mezzanine.

The General Office Building is located across the street from many of Georgetown’s liveliest spots. Other features include generous parking, easy access to I-5 and Highways 99 & 509.

The General Office Building is available for immediate occupancy.
