Medical/Life Sciences

Sabey is a partner with Swedish Medical Center at the Swedish Cherry Hill campus. In 2003, Sabey began the redevelopment of the old Providence Hospital, built in 1910, to transform it into a seismically sound structure with floor areas more suited to today’s hospital and clinic environments. It was a remarkable job – despite demolition and reconstruction of a large infill area, activity in the building continued throughout.

Now known as the James Tower Life Sciences Community, it provides a state-of-the-art facility to support the academic, research, laboratory and technology-based services essential to modern health care. The campus has become an important center for the neuro and cardio vascular specialties, much of which resides in the James and Jefferson Towers.

Sabey’s Medical properties are: James Tower and Jefferson Tower at Swedish Cherry Hill Medical Center.
